What happens after the order?

24 hours after the order
We will contact you within 24 hours after the order. If you have not told us the destination website yet, we will ask for it by mail. We will set up the visitor flow according to the booked package and contact you with all important information. Among other things, you will receive a tracking link from us, with which you can track the complete flow of visitors at any time.
48 hours after the order
The visitor stream is now fully enabled. The visitors are identifiable via the tracking link and also show up in your own analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Piwik/Matomo, etc.
72 hours after the order
Wir stehen Ihnen bei Fragen immer zur Seite. Schreiben Sie uns einfach eine Mail und wir werden uns in kürzester Zeit mit Ihnen in Verbindung setzen. Sie erhalten eine Rechnung von uns. Unsere Rechnung enthalten selbstverständlich alle Informationen nach geltendem Recht gem. § 14 Abs. 4 i.V.m. § 14a Abs. 5 UStG.
